Deep ruby colour, sharp and clear with an intense, attractive appearance and great personality. Within its aromas there is raspberry, cherry, strawberry and primarily notes of pepper that along with other spices from oak, emphasize some chocolate and cocoa with great intensity and harmony. Soft in mouth, clearly fruity with cassis and blueberry taste. Excellent flavour of cassis liquor and slightly acid, distinctive of this wine variety. Its acid/tannin balance is very elegant, making its oak relation very appropriate. Great body, highlighted by blackcurrant and spices.
Food pairing for Cabernet Sauvignon Premium: This wine is ideal for all red meat, including lamb. It also accompanies spicy pasta sauces, sausages and strong cheeses.
