RATING: 90 points (Exceptional)
Deep, saturated ruby-purple hue. Elegant, ripe black fruit aromas show good complexity and an expensive integrated oak accent. A ripe entry leads a generous, full-bodied palate with explosive black fruit flavors and a flashy, minty, oaky overlay. Well-structured, with drying tannins and fresh fruit acidity. Very Sonoma Valley--a bit of a hedonistic fruit-bomb style. Best with grilled meats and drinking well now.
