Winemaker’s Comments: Intense dusky red colour. Red fruit flavour, such as huckleberry and blackberry. Light and elegant with vanilla aroma. Spicy yet smooth tannin texture. The final tone is menthol-flavoured. This wine is ideal roasted beef with morels or a shoulder of lamb cooked with five spices, as well as any other meaty dishes.
