Type of Soil:                                        Limestone, well-drained.

Average Age of Vines:                        25 years for the Cinsault and 15 years for the Mourvèdre.

Average Output:                                 40 hl/hectare for 3800 plantations per hectare.

Time of Harvest:                                 First week of September 2009.

Vinification Details:                            MGrapes are harvested by machine during the coolest hours of the day. They are immediately pressed. A part of the juice is matured in 3rd fill oak barrels and the other part is filled into steal tanks and maintained at a temperature of 16°C.

When Bottled:                                    December 2009.

Maturation Potential:                         2010 - 2011

Winemaker’s Comments:                   Strawberry colour with flavours of red fruit, such as redcurrant and raspberry. This Rosé will go perfectly with grilled food and also typical Mediterranean slightly spicy meals.
