2009 Pinotage
The Pinotage vineyard is situated on a southern slope and it’s the oldest red wine vineyard of the Bosman Family Selection. The berries were hand harvested and sorted before cold maceration and fermentation. The wine was matured in fine French oak (60%) and American (40%) oak for 9 months before bottling. Classic notes of berries and cherries, with complex layers of caramel and dark chocolate. Refined and elegant tannins giving good structure to the wine and a beautiful lingering finish.
