85% Shiraz, 10% Mouverde, 3% Primitivo, 2% Viogner
Three clones of Shiraz were used, most selected from the Paarl region. Inky and aromatic, chunky flavors of fruit, delicately spiced with blackberry, evolving to earthy chocolate and exotic juicy flavors of black plum and red berries. Elegant and subtle tannins.
